...figure out why my answer's wrong? wavelength = h / mu, right?

h = 6.63*10^-34
mass of an electron (m) = 9.10938188 × 10^-31
velocity (u) = 1.03*10^5

(6.63*10^-34) / (9.10938188 × 10^-31)*(1.03*10^5)
= 74.99
so why does my answer come up wrong? any help at all would be appreciated. i'm lost. D:

and the final answer should be in meters.
could this be what's messing me up?
