Calculating calorie intake based on nutrition labels?

Nutrition labels on food products tell you Calories and Fat Calories. When you are trying to check how many calories you consume per day, do you look at only Calories or Both? For example, an egg has 80 Calories and 70 Fat Calories but on several websites it says that eggs have around 85 calories. How? Do they only look at normal calories?
