Call to Call Apps for iPhone to BlackBerry?

Hi, does any one know if there is an app that works on both iPhones and Blackberry so you can do Call to Call. I have tried Viber, iCall, rebtel, textfree plus calls. I have a friend in jamaica that I want to call and vice versa but obviously if we could do an app-to-app thing that would be best. Thanks!
