Today we had a Mother's Day breakfast and I ate 752 calories and it was in bad foods like grilled hash browns and raisin toast. I went for a run and burnt 268 calories. I haven't been eating nearly as much as this for about a week and I was wondering how all the calorie thing works. How much weight will I put on tomorrow? I'd assume I ate more calories too because of the sodium and sugar levels of what I ate. Am I going to be visibly fatter tomorrow? I'm so, so, so concerned! Please help! And I know it's probably not good for me but PLEASE just answer the question.
