can a concussion or blood clot appear days after a hit on the head?

I had a twenty pound brick fall two feet, hit my head, break in three. It happened on sunday, and I went to see my doctor and she had me do coordination tests and looked at my pupils and said it will be hurtful for a few days and I might have headaches for a couple of weeks and that was that. Today I am real dizzy, and it is causing my anxiety to act up.
