Can a dentist tell I chewed tobacco?

Hi, I am going to the dentist in about 4 months. I just stopped chewing 6 days ago. I chewed almost every day once a day for 3 weeks straight. If my appointment is in about 4 months. Can the dentist tell i chewed tobacco? If so, will he say anything to my mother because I am to young to do it.
 
I'm not sure if that is long enough for it to show on your teeth or not. They might be able to tell, but they will probably just ask you if you did, and they hopefully won't tell your mom.
