Can a microwave that vents to the outside be installed without venting to

the outside? I have a microwave that has a vent in the cabinet above allowing it to vent outside. I am moving to a home that does not have an outside vent in the cabinet above where the microwave will be. Can I still use the microwave that I have in the new house?
