Can a MTX TP1200 speaker be safely hooked up to...?

I have one MTX TP1200 Speaker and I also have a ESW12 Subwoofer.
Can these function properly by a Peavey Deca 424 Amplifier?
Also how can I hook the subwoofer up to it?
