i noticed that a burger that has already been cooked on the stove and refrigerated will reach 200 degrees in the microwave in 1 minute
and the safe temp to eat burgers is 160 so do i just have to throw raw meat in the microwave would it be safe and would it taste any good
what if i partially cook it on the stove to about 130 degrees then finish cooking to safe temperature in the microwave
