Can a regular computer burn files onto a blueray disk?

i have a dvd/cd burner on my pc (with the amazing windows vista) but can that burn files onto a blueray disk?

some people here are wrong, blu-ray burners ARE in market now.
No, you needa Blu-ray burner.
