you have to be 16,but when i was 13 i went in bought them on the self scan thingy and many times by people and walked straight back out,no problems,I'm 15 now,I will say they didn't work that well

these things do not work (if they did then why is 28+% of american overweight), invest your money into a gym instead, u will actually lose weight then, but u must be 18, these things have harsh stimulants in them, and are harmful when used by people who's body are not fully developed yet. if u what to deit then eat right and work out 4-5 times a week, that is how weight is lost, not thru a magic pill.
