can a xbox 360 play cdg discs?

ive got a xbox 360 but am wondreing if it can play cdg discs(the karaoke disc with the lyrics)
ive already got the lips disc just wondering if it will play the ordinary cdg discs

yes but you can't here the mic threw the tv
