Can ACE3DS Card with DSi V1.4.3 Support without any updating ?

From http://www.oz3ds.com/product.php?id_product=44,i saw this item :ace3ds, which was said can support all models of nintendo handheld and it can support dsi v1.4.3 without any updating needed too,what's more,it is cheaper than other flashcards.Seems very attractive ! Then here came a question,To support dsi v1.4.3, it really without any update needed? thanks !
 
I just did a few searches on it and the ace3ds seems a new flashcard for Nintendo 3DS and DSi.
It supports both 3DS Ver 2.1.0-3 and DSi Ver 1.4.3
