Hello. I am planning on getting an iPad 3G for GPS purposes (for a lot of things actually, but this question only effects this purpose). I have an Android smart phone and I am already paying a data plan on it. I do not want to be paying another data plan on an ipad. As of now I own MyTouch 3G, but I am planing on getting MyTouch 4G which would be even better rather then the ATnT 3G on the ipad.
1. I was wondering if there is an application or something on Android that can make my Android phone act as if it was a Wi-Fi? IF there is such thing would you tell me a name of an application?
2. Will I be able to use my phone to make phone calls while my iPad is going to be connected to my phone via Wi-Fi?
3. Anything else you would like to add, or I should know?
