Last week was in My mothers house and heard many creaks in the night, every night.
One night I kept getting awoken by something whispering Hello Amy, my name in a creepy loud noise but as a whisper, creaks, something on the door but slightly like a tiny tap or something, I saw a dark shadow near my bedroom door and it was like a mist, it kept appearing as a demon exactly like the one in the movie the exorcist, I felt a facial jaw cramp which I have never felt before because I know what a sinus cramp or facial cramp is and I also felt a brush of breeze over my cheek and arms etc and I also got cramps in my arms and other places and one night was very close to having a sleep paralysis.
When I made the mistake of sleeping with a woman's husband while not realising, I had 10 episodes maximum of sleep paralysis which is very uncommon and rare for me and when I was awake I thought I saw a young girl with fair hair and a white dress at my bedroom door like she wanted to get it. I was seeing other stuff as well. In those sleep paralysis's, there were shadows mostly of people in the near my bed and I think I also heard footsteps in the bedroom.
When I was 15 or more, I was woken up by the musical tune from the movie the exorcist and the sound was heard everywhere but all the rooms were quiet so there was no music playing, I got really freaked out and scared and was wide awake so I shouted "shut up" then the noise was gone. The same thing happened happened me with the sound of somebody speaking on the tv but the tv was off.
I have had 3 episodes where the wardrobe door opened itself despite me closing it and closed a few times. The doors and windows were closed so there was no air getting in.
I also recently and many times felt the atmosphere in a room by myself, get really cool and it sometimes feels like wind is on my body or face.
I saw what looks looks like orbs on photographs and sensed a presence in my mums house. My father passed away in 2009.
What do you think it is and what is your explanation for it? How can I be in control?

I also hear a man going "aw in a ghostly way, durin the night recently but many years ago me and my younger sister heard the same thing at the same time which was the "aw" mans voice but like it was coming from the tv.
There was a slight tap from the tv and radiator.
I recorded me and my sister once but when I played it back, our voises were not on it or us, just louds disturbed sounds that sounded very monstrious to me. I was 18 then.
