well when i open my phone it either turns off or has a white screen, i can get a new phone but can i get my contacts off that phone please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
 
yes when u get a new phone at a store they will do that for u.they will transfer all files to ur new phone. ur contacts r also saved online until u delete them
