It's NOT Strange Days or Total Recall, but it is similar. I think you could buy dreams or visions or something like that. One of memories / dreams was to have sex with this girl. I think the bad guys were using it to kill some people, but I'm really not sure of it. For some reason, I also think of Dreamscape when I think of it, but that's not it. Maybe they came out close together? I'm almost positive it's an 80s movie.
