Well, a play on 'Adam and Steve' is the first thing that comes to mind. But although it would be funny, it might give the wrong impression. There's also 'Madam I'm Adam' which is a classic palindrome. And 'Y-chromosomal Adam' which refers to a most recent common patrilineal ancestor in human evolution (that one would probably fly over most people's heads).
