Can anyone diagnose my scabby rash?

I have recently developed this rash on the tops of my arms, crease of armpits and front of neck. It gets really red when I have showered probably from the heat, is dry and slightly scabby in places but it doesn't itch. I do suffer from prickly heat but only when on holiday, I have never had eczema before but I am worried it might be just that.

Does anyone suffer from the same problem, how do you treat it?\

I haven't been to the doctor as I am not sure if it could be something I am wearing or eating?

Any help is much appreciated, thank you x
