t-mobile won't give me the code unless i pay bill but i can't right now, so please help me out!

Do not worry surely you can get the unlock code for your mobile but at a free of cost is not possible so do not worry about this one you can get the code at a reasonable cost itself,
Get the unlock code for your mobile through this site Classic Unlocking , it has the best instructions and methods for getting the code for your mobile from the network lock...........
