Can anyone give me an example of a self introduction paragraph that includes?

height,weight,hair/eye color,ethnicity and contact information(it also includes my interests and personality but i think i"ve got the correct placement for that).I'm just a little confused on where in the paragraph i would put all of that information and an example paragraph would be a BIG help.Thank you all so much i appreciate it!
