Hi all! I know I have no right to ask anyone to do this for free, but if you would be willing to help me, I would be indebted to you! I literally would love to do it myself (I think it would be fun and challenging!) I literally would love to do it myself, but I don't know code 
Nor do I have an iOS opperating system (just an iPad 2 and iPod Touch 4G). For a decent app builder and someone who knows code, my request should be pretty simple:
Basically, I want to annoy the crud out of some of my friends with Navi from The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.

I am looking for a sound board type of app where I can bring up the app, and it has a single interface with six squares on it. Each square would include one of her phrases (also including her entrance and exit "tinkling" sound), and if I tap on that square, the clip of her would play. Ex: A square textually reads, "Hey!" and if I tap it, Navi's voice says, "Hey!" I would like the app to be fairly responsive so I can tap the squares multiple times in a row quickly for maximum annoyance
As an idealized example, something like iDaft 2 is what I'm looking for, but it obviously doesn't have to have several interfaces or be crazy high graphics quality.
So, is anyone up to the creative challenge?
