Can anyone help me, Some internet pages won't load.?

I can get access to the internet, (am using IE) google works and it searches, however 7% of pages I go onto won't load. I tried using a diffefent browser, (Safari) but the problem still exists.

I pretty sure I might have accidently pressed something, What I have no idea, as yesterday it was working fine. Im using my brothers computer and all the websites and msn seem to be working fine, I have tried system restore and reset the configuration, but no luck.

Can anyone offer any help? Thanks, and have a lovley day.
 
As the previous answer says it could be your connection. ie.

Check you network cards drivers, have a look on the manufacturers website eg Intel, and see if you have the latest drivers.

Restart your router if you have one.

Change your network lead (Cat5) if you are using one.

I suggest if you are having problems after doing the above speak to your internet service provider and ask them to do a check.
