I've been meditating and training for awhile now yet one probably I have is I have a very hard time talking to and seeing spirits. Sometimes I can see they perfectly and hear them perfectly yet other times I can only sense they are there but not know what they say or what they look like so if anyone can help me and tell me some ways to help train me to see spirits more clearly that would be wonderful
