Can anyone help me with LG GGW H2OL model blue-ray burner?

OK, I try 2 different brands of blue ray disks, a TWK and a Memorax and every time I try I always get burning failed. I am running firmware YlO5 latest firmware on LGs website. Anyone have any suggestions? I have a good machine, quad AMD CPU, new computer, 8gb ram and all that fancy stuff 64bit OS. Anyone know why it keeps failing to burn BlurRay disks? And certin software needed to burn with thanks
