Can anyone help with getting PS2 games from P2P sites like Limewire and Ares Galaxy?

What is all involved with downloading games from P2P sites and actually getting them to work on PS2? What files {type, size etc} should I look for and what do I do after the download to play them on the game console? Talk to me like I'm 5 yrs old cause I'm no computer "techie", nor have I ever had the play station 'til now. Oh and if all you're going to do is tell me about the legal aspects........save your typing fingers!
