Can anyone scream singing like the guy from Killswitch Engage?

Yeah I'm currently in a band, I play guitar. Now I was thinking about doing the kinda Killswitch Engage type scream singing. I can't sing too well naturally and I haven't had any training or anything.So I was wondering wether anyone could learn to do this or just people who can sing. Is it a whole new skill or an extra to singing? Is it a unique skill totally different to singing? Do you need to have a certain type of vocals or can anyone learn to do it with practice?
