Valencia I am guessing you are going to tell us about 2 versus 500 but what do you suggest? Should Israel just say "Oh well ............. only two dead"?
 
I would do as Israel is doing. Go in hard and show them you mean business. If you give some people an inch they will take a mile.
 
I'd ask them what the problem was. They could just be pissed that my cat keeps peeing in their garden!
