can anyone tell me what this means? please i'm freaked out?

so my brother told me that last night, he woke up at 3 a.m. because he heard whispering in his ear. once he was awake he started walking around the house and saw a man in the kitchen he didn't recognize. everyone was asleep at this time, so he thought it was me, but i didnt go downstairs last night. i've also had wierd stuff in my room. ive had the door slam itself shut while its cracked open, and sometimes it will open by itself, like someone is pushing it.

Don't be scared. You have a ghost, or a spirit if you wish. Spirits hang around when they have unfinished business. Don't be afraid, it can not harm you. It is simply letting you know it is there. Trust in God and he will help you through it. This may sound dumb but tell it to go to the light and that his business here is finished and that you are not scared.... good luck

If what you're trying to get at, I personally don't believe in ghosts, but that'ss what this sounds like. If he woke up at 3 A.M, it's dark, and you're tired, his eyes could have been just playing a trick on him, he was probably just seeing that and thinking it was there. Wind? Maybe a window was open, or a door was swung shut, and the wind opened the door? It's also possible that if you have an animal, he or she is pushing open the door itself. mine does that alot. Good luck!
