Can Anyone tell me where the fuel reset switch on a 1991 mazda navajo?

I have a 1991 mazda navajo and ran it out of gas. It now wont start, I think the fuel reset switch need to be pushed. Can Any one tell me where it is located?
 
It's located behind the front passenger side lower right side kick panel. Good luck and hope this helps.
