BP affects only facial nerve VII, & wouldnt be felt in the arm.
If it IS BP. That nerve is affected also by viruses, brain tumors, stroke & other things.
Ur condition sounds more like mini stroke.

No idea what "Bell's Pausey" is, but if you're talking about "Bell's Palsy", then yes, perhaps. It's actually casued by a virus, but the virus is latent until some type of trauma activates it...
