Can Best Buy replace the palm rest of a Macbook?

My palm rest is dirty and I can't get the stains off with anything. I heard that this was a known issue to Apple and they were able to replace the body of a Mac without any charge if you had Applecare. But I got my Mac at Best Buy and I do have a two year warranty that will cover anything. I was wondering if Best Buy does the same thing.
 
No they cannot. But before a visit to apple, try the Mr. Clean magic eraser. Many people say this works well.
