a nipple to be itchy and then swell quite big? Not the aerola-not the whole dark bit. Just the nipple. The tip if you will.
Swell into a horrible lump that persists for well over a week (whilst still being exposed to the allergy) because I just went to the doctor yesterday about it, chucked the bra and he thinks it will go away with some cream but it has already been 1 full day and no change. I am extremely nervous and despite me being faily sure it was just because of an allergy to the new bra material I am seriously not convinced that this swelling will go down.
It's so foreign because it's not like a swollen finger where you can tell. The nipple has literally gone from a soft little protruding thing to a big purpley red lump.
I asked the doctor about breast cancer of course and he assures me it is not and said "yes I can see it is a LITTLE swollen" when I am of the opinion it's not just a little. It looks like someone has stuck a big wad of gum on my aerola and it's gone hard and lumpy and disgusting.
Please tell me if you know of anything similar or how long it will take to go away ??
