I heard somewhere that degus could be put with other species, and i have two rats. I wouldn't want anything bad to happen to my babies, and I know that degus and rats have a lot of the same needs, so eventually i might get one. I know it takes a lot of responsibility for animals, and i won't get just one, ect. I just wanted to know in case i got one for whatever reason. If it's not possible then I won't try to get a degu until my rats pass on, and I'm done grieving for my babies.
