Can doctors find nicotine in a standard urine test?

I'm female. Going to my yearly doctor today, and I want to know, when they give me the standard urine test, will it detect nicotine? I haven't smoked at all today or yesterday, but I was wondering... Cause last time I went, they gave me a pregnancy test without me knowing, and then my mom found out I'd already had sex. And I don't really want her to find out I smoke. Please help! Thanks!
