Can Dr. Strange beat Dr. Who?

Dr. Strange is the equivalent to Dr. Who in the Marvel World. Both have superior intellect on their study of the objects they use and both have been considered unbeatable in their own rights. Dr. Strange never become as popular as Dr. Who, because in my opinion, America already had a lot of cool super heroes to look up to at that time i.e Capt America, X-men, Spider-man, and countless others, but while the British (as sad as they are) didn't have anyone really cool, so they made a character who couldn't be beaten, knows everything, and can beat the devil. Which sounds a lot like God to me, but as most of us know, Dr. Who is not God and that was already established and which means he can be beaten. But the British with their superiority complex cannot stand to admit that their beloved symbol of what they think is a "one-over" on all other heroes can be beaten. So who can beat Dr. Who? I will have to say Dr. Strange, I actually little about him expect his powers and abilities work on the basis as Dr. Who. Both use powerful objects to get the job done, both have time traveling and dimension traveling abilities, and both have beaten the devil. I can get into more about about Dr Strange but, that's start to get off to topic. Also, I am not trying to bash Dr. Who, even though his is a self-adsorbed british accent speaking prick from Gillifrey. I just need a good honest answer on this subject! Also, if you think Dr. Strange cannot beat Dr. Who, please inform me what Marvel Character (good or bad) will have the abilities to do so. Thank you for your time!
