Can humans dodge bullets?

The slowest moving bullet I can think of is the .22 colibri,it travels at 500 feet per second, not just about you but I cannot dodge that.

If the shooter is a poor shot. Otherwise, no, we do not have near the speed or reflexes to get out of the way of an well aimed shot.

Considering you won't be able to see the bullet in flight, and the fact that most bullets will reach you before you even hear the sound of the shot, I would have to say no. Most people would have trouble dodging an arrow shot from a recurve or long bow, and they move considerably slower than even a 22 lr.
