I was in an accident were I was on the right and was merging into the middle lane. Apparently, there was a truck driver in the Left lane doing the same thing. The cop said it was at the same time. He hit my driverside L back on the back wheel well. I spun out after that and hit another vehicle. Later, I got a careless driving ticket in the mail. I've been driving for 15yrs and this is my first ticket. Can I fight it?
