Can I bake salmon in a casserole dish? or should I use tin foil instead.
 
you can do either way, the flavors may vary a little in each. with tin foil it might have a more delicate flavor if you wrap it up because its like you're steaming it. but like if its just going to be flat on the dish or foil either way is fine and practically the same, i believe.
