I've heard you can break a habit in 21 days,and tourette's is much like a habit.
One thats very hard to quit.
So if i refrain from doing tics , is it possible they might go away?
I really want to try to make them go away, by preventing myself from doing them.
I know i might not last long but i believe i have the will to try.
