Can I bluetooth a 2.0 megapixel picture to a cga camera phone?

I have a tmobile phone,that is 2.0 megapixel.I'm planning on getting a metro pcs phone,that has 1.3/0.3 mega pixel.I want to know,if I can bluetooth a picture that's 2.0 mp,to a phone with lower mg,and not effect the picture?
