This old man moved into next door, He asked for rides to the store so i gave him a few, after a while he started insulting me for any little thing. So i told i would not give him anymore rides and he got bitter and left.
Well a while back i was installing some subwoofers and i needed to test them out.(I Did not have them that loud) Well he came over and told me to lower it, he has a headache and suffers from back pain and needs to sleep. So just to be nice i lowered it anyways.

Well the next day i needed to continue the instalation. So i bumped it for about 5 minutes. And He called the cops!. Then he also called the Manager. He was just peaking through his window the whole time.
So a few days later my friend showed up and was bumping it in my driveway for like 5 minutes. Just goofing around. Well he called the cops again. And the Manager.

It is called "noise loitering," and the police have to respond to his complaints. You can give your statement... tell them that it wasn't that loud, but even then, you still have a problem. The manager can and probably will kick you out for disturbing the neighbors, as there is probably something in your contract/lease that states that you cannot make any noise if it bothers the neighbors. What I would do, is leave the area and then play your music... or move. He will create trouble for you and you don't want that headache.
