in America? So I'm going to the University of Manchester for a summer program and I was told if I wanted internet in my room I would need to purchase an ethernet card while in America. At the time I figured we would be too busy during the program for me to even have any freetime to use the internet, but now I am reconsidering this. I am in England now for a little bit before I go to Manchester and I really would like to buy an ethernet card. Can I buy one here for an American computer (not sure if there would be much difference between a computer bought in the U.S. or not but just in case) and have it work? Also, where could I buy such a thing?
And lastly, does anyone know approximately how much it would be? If you could even answer one of these questions (the most important would be whether I can buy an ethernet card here/if so would it work on an American computer) I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you very much!
