I meet a particular situation. The landlord should return my deposit back when I move out the house, but when I move out, he say he have not enough money during that time and call me to give him few days to prepare the money, I give him time to prepare the money, but 2 weeks pasted. when I go back his house to get me deposit, he found a other reason that he can not give me money back soon.( In fact he found the new tenant and they already give he deposit, so the fact is that he have money!) So, in this situation, can I call police to help?
