I seriously hope this question is a joke but since it's on here, I will assume it isn't. First of all, you should feed your baby at home before you leave to drive to the babysitter and go to work. Second, do not ever drive anywhere without having your baby in the correct car seat and strapped the correct way. You cannot predict other drivers even if you think you can drive without getting into a wreck. Lastly, it should not matter what you're driving while thinking about attempting what you've asked because it puts your child in direct danger. It also puts you in danger. You cannot do what you need to do in the case of an emergency or if a car slams on their brakes in front of you. They have laws so people will get in trouble for trying to do this, even if it does not result in a car accident or harm. IT IS ILLEGAL AND UNSAFE!
 
NO! how would you feel if u got in an accident and your baby died? plus its illegal. just let grandma feed the kid
