Can I exercise right after I woke up (ie without eating anything yet)?

Recently I try exercising right after I wake up in the morning to help me be consistent with it. I usually do a 20-40min cardio for 3 times a week and twice a week of 20-40min sculpting routine.

Would it harm my health if I do those workouts with an empty tummy?
