Can I export my phone list from my blackberry to a spreadsheet?

I have a blackberry pearl. Someone is buying it today and I won't have a phone for a few days. I wanted a printed list of my address book from my phone. Is there any way to export the phone list to some sort of spreadsheet or word document?
 
You can synch your phone list from your BB to Outlook or Outlook Express. Printing a phone list from Outlook is pretty straightforward. You can also export your Outlook contacts to a comma or tab delimited file which can be opened directly from Excel.

To synch your address book, you will need to install the BB Desktop Manager software on the CD that came with the BB, or you can download it from the BB web site. Open up Outlook or OL Express. Connect your BB via USB and open the Desktop Manager. Go to the 'Synchronize' applet and configure it to synch the address book to whichever program you are using. Run the synch. Now all the info on your BB will be printable or exportable.
