can i fix a mercedes benz wheel and where?

it is a rear wheels of a mercedes cls 550,it has a little deformation in the inside face.
 
It would have to be inspected to know if the damage can be repaired or if it is too far gone. Just be aware that once a rim is repaired, it will never be as strong as it was before it was damaged.

Look in your Yellow Pages for rim repair places. If nothing is listed, contact either a body shop or a rim and tire shop. They would know who can repair a rim and recommend someone for you.
 
Alloy wheels are not repairable, other than minor scuffs and scratches. Any impact that causes any measurable deformation of the wheel renders it scrap.
