Can i get a iphone 4g 32gb unlocked for $310 from a uk supplier?

hello i m from india and i have got to know a uK dealer stating me to transfer funds to an indian bank account and he will ship me the phone within 48hours

when i asked him to give me the contact information of the account holder in india he said that you dodnt need to contact him he is just a correspondent of yours in india you just make the payment and scan us the payment slip and we will ship the product soon...!

if he is a scam then how would he collect the payments from an indian bank account from UK

If you want to unlock your current iPhone (as the previous person said), JailBreak your iPhone.
If you want to buy an unlocked iPhone... Then this is a scam.
iPhone 4 is nowhere as cheap as $310. iPhone 4 is $599/699 locked to AT&T without contract.
And in the UK it's £499/599. (16/32GB)

I think its a scam go to a local phone store n they will do it in 1 hours tops n its doesn't cost tht much I paid 170 to get my phone unlocked last Friday my son had locked my phone lol
