Can I get a Motorola Q9h from alltel?

Alltel sells the Motorola Q9c, but it's not even nearrrrr as cute as the at&t version, which is Q9h. I was reading alll over the internet, and some people said that they make alltel versions of the same phones. And that I could probably buy an alltel compatible Q9h. I've been looking everywhere and I can't find it. Anyone know where one would be? Or if it's even possible to get that phone for alltel?
